Cancellation Policy
**Trailer Rental Policy** 1. **Rental Duration**: Trailers are rented for a standard 24-hour period. Additional days may be added, subject to availability, provided a valid credit card is on file or fees are prepaid via cash, e-transfer, or debit. 2. **Deposit**: A $200 refundable deposit is required for each rental, payable at the time of pickup. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the trailer in its original condition, less any applicable fees for damages or late returns. 3. **Identification**: Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of trailer pickup. 4. **Payment**: Rentals must be paid in full at pickup. Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, debit, or credit card. Additional days must be prepaid or charged to the credit card on file. 5. **Damage Reporting**: Customers must report any damages to the trailer upon return. All damages must be fully disclosed to the company, and costs for repairs will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately if damages exceed the deposit amount. 6. **Return Conditions**: Trailers must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted. Late returns may incur additional fees. 7. **Liability**: Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the trailer during the rental period. The company reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or other associated costs.
